Delivery within Czechia

Delivery to a Zásilkovna pickup point costs CZK 84, and PPL home delivery costs CZK 94. Standard delivery within Czechia is free when the value of the goods after discounts is CZK 1,500 or more. Any cash-on-delivery fee is charged separately. The final price and available options are shown at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We usually dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days of receiving your order; for bank transfers, dispatch takes place after payment arrives. Delivery within Czechia then usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch. These are estimates and may be longer before Christmas.

Choose your pickup point on the map after completing your order. You can also choose it through the order-status link in your confirmation email.

Pre-orders and international delivery

If your order includes a pre-order, we send everything together once all items are available. Personalised items follow the delivery estimate stated on the product page or agreed individually. For delivery outside Czechia, available options and prices are shown at checkout for the destination country.
